Positioned conveniently 20 minutes south of Missoula and 30 minutes north of Hamilton, this impressive property spans 9+ acres and boasts a total of 5030 sq. ft., encompassing living and garage areas. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, it seamlessly blends luxury design with natural surroundings to showcase breathtaking mountain vistas stretching for miles.
Steve and Caren deeply value their connection to the mountains, fueled by their profound love for the outdoors. They proudly share their home with two cherished companions, Paris the Border Collie and Hank the Black Lab. Their affection for their residence is rooted in its open-concept design, offering breathtaking mountain views, and its unique access to private trails spanning 1.6 million acres of national forest. This trail is their gateway to serene and extensive hikes with Paris and Hank.
While Steve and Caren also have businesses and homes in Washington and Texas, Montana holds a special significance as it is Steve's native state. Their home in Florence not only brings them closer to lifelong friends and family but also offers the tranquility and natural beauty that only Montana can provide.
